Our Wish for You on Thanksgiving

It was 1621 when the Plymouth colonists and the Wampanoag Indians shared an autumn harvest feast that is now acknowledged as the first Thanksgiving celebration in the colonies. Today, families around America spend time together–laughing, sharing memories, and enjoying a beautiful feast of homemade food. Mashed potatoes, cranberries, stuffing, squash, and pumpkin pie fill everyone to the brim. Some enjoy a nice fire while others set up their Christmas tree after the meal. Thanksgiving is a time of bonding and thankfulness. Enjoy this Thanksgiving season with your friends and family and thank God today for all He has blessed you with. – Alea, a senior
